Intrinsic Safety Barriers
Pepperl+Fuchs IS barriers ensure safe, reliable and efficient signal transmission between field devices and the control system. In addition to power limitation, the modules have galvanic isolation between the signal circuits and the power supply circuit. A wide range of signal converters protect and simplify the signal transmission process. Pepperl+Fuchs offers the widest selection of spark protection barriers (more than 150 models) and has 2 series: - Series-K are DIN rail mounted barriers with features that make design and installation processes very simple; - Series-N – barriers are mounted on terminal panels. System connectors on the backplane ensure quick connections to control system I/O modules.

Signal Conditioners and galvanic isolation
Signal converters protect measurement and control circuits from false signals and dangerous overvoltages through galvanic isolation. The main functions of these modules include conversion, standardization and separation of measurement and control signals. The K Series (12.5 and 20 mm) and SC Series (6 mm) signal converters can handle signals from both hazardous and non-hazardous areas. Featuring all the features of the K Series IS Barriers, they offer a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.

SPD / Lightning protection
Surge protection modules provide reliable protection and high levels of equipment efficiency. Surge protection modules direct dangerous interference and surge current to ground. They provide protection for all measuring and control instruments in the control room, workshop or even in hazardous areas. Reliable protection against overvoltages, for example due to lightning or switching. Types of surge protection modules: ▪ Version for installation on a DIN rail – a universal module for mounting a DIN rail; ▪ K series – surge protection devices installed directly on K series barriers; ▪ Field version: screw mount for remote devices with a metal housing with protection degree IP65; easy installation in hazardous areas in a free cable entry of the field device; ▪ AC version – surge protection device with plug for connection to 115/230 V mains power supplies.

HART Interface Solutions
Pepperl+Fuchs HART interface solutions include two HART multiplexer systems and a single-channel HART transmitter. The multiplexer operates similarly to a gateway, which collects HART signals without disrupting or degrading communications between remote devices and the control system. This is an ideal solution for installed control systems that do not support HART I/O devices. The K-Series HART Multiplexer supports up to 256 remote devices. The H Series Multiplexer terminal board supports up to 32 remote devices. The K-Series HART Transmitter is a single-channel IS barrier for use with intrinsically safe instruments that converts HART variables to analog signals.

Power supplies
Pepperl+Fuchs has many years of experience in explosion protection and applications involving power supplies installed in hazardous areas. Our power supplies meet the highest demands where high reliability is required to power signal circuits, helping to improve system integrity. They support both digital fieldbuses and analogue networks.

Yokogawa
Yokogawa is a leading provider of industrial automation and test and measurement solutions. By combining advanced technology with engineering, project management and service, Yokogawa delivers proven efficiency, safety, quality and reliability.

Magnetic Flowmeters
For the Electromagnetic Flowmeter, Yokogawa uses a new concept called "Total Insight" which provides complete customer support. For example, the AXG and AXW transmitters have a wizard function for easy parameter settings. Self-diagnosis checks the measurement results and automatically detects deviations. The built-in health check function can easily check the device status in just 12 minutes and can output reports using the DTM tool. Flow meters have built-in intelligence to detect process anomalies such as flow noise (slurry, air bubbles) and changes in fluid conductivity. These alarms can be logged for further analysis, thereby maintaining process integrity. These functions can be expected to determine the time of fluid change and assess the abrasive wear of the lining.

Coriolis Mass Flow
Rotamass Total Insight (TI), Yokogawa's Coriolis mass flow meter, provides very high accuracy measurement of liquids and gases, adopting the Total Insight concept and fully supporting the product life cycle. From direct measurements of mass flow, density, temperature with Rotamass TI you can calculate: Volume flow at operating or reference conditions; Density under initial conditions; Concentration measurements of miscible and immiscible liquids; By using additional measurement inputs, Rotamass TI can calculate the viscosity of Newtonian liquids or the calorific value of gases.

Vortex Flowmeters
The VY series vortex flowmeter can measure the flow of liquids, gases, saturated steam and superheated steam, and also has self-diagnosis and remote maintenance functions. A choice of materials is available for wetted parts, stainless steel including duplex stainless steel or nickel alloys. The series meets a wide range of standards, including explosion protection and SIL2. External input (analog input function for HART7 with analog input option or input via MAO function block for FOUNDATION Fieldbus) supports more accurate calculation capabilities* than ever before, including mass flow and energy flow of liquids, gases and steam.

Pressure Transmitters
Yokogawa has been producing electronic pressure sensors for over four decades. Yokogawa revolutionized the industry and set a new standard for pressure measurement with the introduction of the DPharp digital sensor in 1991. The superior performance of the new technology allowed the market to expand exponentially. Yokogawa continues its digital evolution with enhancements to our DPharp family. There are several types of sensors: 1. Traditional installation/retrofit for high static pressure. 2. Sensor with separating membranes. 3. Flange mounting. 4. Multi-parameter. 5. Screw-in type.

Rotameters
At first glance, the device looks impressive thanks to its stainless steel construction. A closer look reveals a "blocked float" detection system. Operational safety is paramount in any flowmeter, and the RAMC is no exception - wetted parts are available in a variety of materials and intrinsically safe outputs are available as an option. If you value flow meter flexibility from measuring air to highly corrosive liquids, field indicator replacement without loss of performance, and float interchangeability, then RAMC is the right choice for you. The RAMC combines all the benefits of the variable area principle with rugged design, reliable measurements, powered or unpowered, and HART, resulting in a truly versatile flowmeter for gases, liquids and steam.

Process Automation
The Kazakhstani company "Process Automation" LLP (PA) was established in 1998. During its existence, PA has developed its own Kazakhstan production of control and measuring instruments and introduced a number of solutions to factories in Kazakhstan. The entire line of Kazakhstan instrumentation has metrological certificates, CU TR and explosion-proof certificates. Thanks to this, it offers design solutions in the field of industrial automation in the oil and gas, energy, mining and food industries.

Coriolis Mass Flow
The operating principle of Kazakhstan's Process Automation mass flow meters is based on the Coriolis effect. The mass flow of liquids and gases can be calculated from the deformation of the measuring tube under the influence of flow. The density of the medium can also be calculated from the resonant frequency of vibration of the vibrating tubes. The Coriolis force is calculated using two measuring coils. When a flow appears, the Coriolis force affects the flow of medium particles and deforms the measuring tubes, which leads to a phase shift between the signals from the measuring coils. This phase shift is directly proportional to the mass flow. The device is included in the Register of Measuring Instruments of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Electric drives
Electric actuators produced in Kazakhstan are divided into two types: multi-turn (QTEA) and quarter-turn (MTEA) electric actuators. They are equipped with manual/electric automatic drive. When automatically turned on, the manual control handle does not move to ensure operator safety. The planetary gearbox is made of high-strength alloy steel. Possibility of working both electrically and manually at the same time. The power will automatically turn off when the valve is stuck. This prevents further damage to the valve and actuator.

Ball valves
Ball valves made in Kazakhstan offer metal-to-metal connections for oil companies. The metal seat rubs against the ball and when encountering abrasive media (sand, dirt, gases with solid particles) will not damage the ball or seat, and can withstand operating temperatures up to 500°C. Advantage of ball valves: 1. Low fluid resistance, since the flow area of the ball valve has the same cylindrical shape as the pipe. 2. The ball valve is suitable for automation because it opens completely and closes completely when rotated 90°. 3. Easy to maintain, the design of the ball valve is simple, it is easy to disassemble, assemble and maintain due to the small number of parts.

Manifolds
Kazakhstan-made manifolds are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel and each manifold undergoes full factory testing. They are designed to cut off the medium and relieve excess pressure during maintenance, verification and calibration of measuring instruments. The valve stem is knurled and hard coated for added strength and maximum manifold life. A metal seal between the manifold housing and the valve stem seal housing provides protection against rupture and exposure to aggressive fluids. Wide range of manifold designs.

Manometers
Types of pressure gauges made in Kazakhstan: 1. Diaphragm element for measuring excess pressure (PGU); 2. Diaphragm element for measuring absolute pressure (PAGU); 3. Diaphragm element for measuring differential pressure (DGU); 4. Capsule element for measuring excess pressure (KU); 5. Capsule element for measuring absolute pressure (KUA); 6. Capsule element, differential pressure measurement (DKU); 7. Bourdon tube, for measuring excess pressure (RU). The measuring range of pressure gauges is from 0 to 1000 bar. Error 1% of the entire scale.

Thermometers
Bimetallic thermometers made in Kazakhstan are made of high-quality stainless steel. Measuring range: CXX0150 0°C to 150°C; CXX0200 0°C to 200°C; CXX0300 0°C to 300°C; CXX0400 0°C to 400°C; CXX0500 0°C to 500°C. Error 1.5% of the entire scale.

Vibrating level switches
The operating principle of the Kazakhstan vibration level switch is based on the operating principle of a tuning fork. The piezoelectric crystal excites the mechanical vibrations of the fork at their natural frequency, the changes of which are continuously monitored electronically. If the device is used as a low level switch, a change in natural frequency occurs when the liquid in the reservoir falls below the fork level. This change is detected by the electronics, which switches the output signal state. If the device is used as a high limit switch, a change in natural frequency occurs when the liquid in the reservoir rises above the fork level. The vibrating motion of the forks tends to self-clean, making this measurement method more resistant to sensor contamination. Detection of maximum or minimum levels in tanks or pipes containing liquids of any kind. The sensor fork vibrates at its own frequency. When the fork is immersed in liquid, this frequency decreases. This change in oscillation frequency triggers the limit level sensor. Measurement advantage: No setup required: quick and cost-effective commissioning. No mechanical moving parts: no maintenance required. Virtually zero wear, long service life. Functional safety: monitoring the vibration fork for damage.
